Freedom and spontaneity? Absolutely! I’ve filled my world with joy, adventure, creativity, and staying active. My adventures have taken me around the globe (yep, I’ve circled it a few times), and I’ve teed off on 4 out of the 7 continents—still working on Antarctica, but who knows! I’m high-energy, always down to hype up the people around me, and I love teaching and coaching others to reach their best selves.
