Extremely active and in excellent shape, can compete with women 1/2 my age. A co-worker recently told me she wants to look like me when she grows up. Great compliment. I take very good care of myself without being neurotic about it. I swim, bike, work out twice a week with weights, walk around my home in Pacific Beach every day and have lots of great friends. I love all sports, especially golf, but need some coaching and incentive to work it into my busy schedule. Not a good golfer but like the challenge of improving, as I do in work, play and health. I try to do at least two kind things a day for someone to make a difference in people's lives and make them smile. I have a great sense of humor that serves me well in my job as a physician's assistant in a local hospital.

I love keeping up on the news, visiting new places, log cabins in the the mountains (must have fireplace!), and lately, a sip of Jim Beam Honey Whiskey before bedtime. Also love a great glass of wine although a bit of a lightweight.

Would love to meet an extremely kind, interesting, athletic man who takes care of himself and will have a sense of humor coaching me in golf and is really single, widowed or divorced. Want to make the most of life and, above all, have fun!
